Definition

The Sistema Electrónico de Negociación, known in Colombia as SEN, is a centralized electronic mechanism for trading managed by the Banco de la República (the Central Bank of Colombia) . SEN was authorized by Resolution 0528 of the 21st. of August 1998 issued by the Superintendency of Securities.
