Money growth


At the end of the fourth quarter of 2000, the money supply reached Col. $16.8 trillion with an annual variation of 30.4%. This behavior is explained by the recovery of current accounts and cash holdings, which registered an annual growth of 39.2% and 20.6% respectively.
